Café Latte Coconut Popsicles

It's HOT out! I'm so excited to have our summer weather back! 

I am always looking for a healthy homemade alternative from the food coloring and chemical filled popsicles in the stores to help us cool down when we're poolside or at the park!

Stumbled upon these and know I'll be giving them a try!

Vegan Spicy Lentil Burgers

Started a journey into the vegan world and have been looking for simple, delicious recipes to add into my meal plan to mix things up!

I could not get enough of these lentil burgers that I made for the week!
They were super simple to make, FULL OF FLAVOR, and lasted for multiple meals during the week!

My burgers were inspired by these Spicy Lentil Cakes from Gourmandelle!

Topped with spinach, tomatoes, onion, micro herbs, vegan mayo, and Dijon mustard & homemade hot sauce (I like it spicy!) on sprouted bread....

Get creative with your toppings based on what flavor you're in the mood for & of course, fresher is always better!

After being part of the official test group, I have to say that this is my soulmate workout and I can't wait to share it with the world. I have a special passion for this one! Not only because of the military focus but because of how much 22 Minute Hard Corps has changed my life.

I'm stronger physically. On week 8 right now and can do 19 pull ups (in 3 rounds)....that's a huge jump from being able to do ZERO when I started! 22 Minute Hard Corps Test Group Results - Week 4's time to share!!
Ahhhh I am LOVING my progress so far! This is an 8 week program so this is just the halfway point!

So far I am down 5.4 pounds and 9.25”!! 2.5 of those inches from my waist 4 weeks!!!
All from giving my all in 22 minutes a day.

What's even better is how I FEEL!! Post holiday bloat is gone! Clothes are more comfortable & LOOSE! I have more energy! I am stronger mentally & emotionally, happier, more confident, & I feel like I could take on whatever life throws at me!

I love how simple the meal plan is! I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything, the portions are big and I can eat out while still staying on track.

This definitely my new soulmate workout & I can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks brings! Ready to give it my all and some more!
