I want to start out by saying that EVERYONE has a DIFFERENT journey when it comes to becoming the best version of yourself!

One thing that we all have in common is that we want to be better, we want to feel better, and we're taking the steps and making the decisions daily to MAKE THAT HAPPEN!

For this TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY, I wanted to share a little about a moment I had this week as I realized how far I've come!

First, I have to say that I am not on this healthy journey for physical transformation. It's not something I focus on. Matter of fact, I still don't know how much weight I've lost in this time because I don't even own a scale at the moment. BUT it isn't a bad thing to have something to shoot for and that's what I did when I started. 

What I do know is that I FEEL AMAZING, my clothes fit better or not anymore lol and I have a new lease on LIFE!

So back to what happened this week...

I had a BIG MOMENT when I realized just how close I am to a goal I made. Really it was inpsiration that I found when I first started in the form of a random picture I found while searching the internet for fitness motivation for my challenge group.

So when a post came up for me to share a picture that inspires me about the future, I posted it. Then this week, took some progress pictures with my challenge group and realized that I have now become that inspiration for MYSELF!
 These results are beyond what I thought would happen. I even remember being discouraged because even though her picture was my inspiration, I wasn't sure I could get there. Which is why I made a video about how to take it ONE DAY AT A TIME!

No matter how far you are in this journey or if you're about to begin, don't think about how far you have to go, think about just taking the FIRST STEP and conquering each day as it comes! 

Not every day is going to be easy. When my husband left for deployment, it was HARD. We were visiting family, moving, getting everything ready for him to leave and well nutrition and exercise went on the back burner. I found myself right back to where I was when I started.

COMPLETE BUMMER, right?! It was. I could have been discouraged and Lord knows I wanted to be, but I decided to take a different route. I decided to take our LONG time apart and make the most of it! I decided TO COMMIT to what I knew would help me feel better from the inside out. 

With a long deployment hanging over my head, I knew that doing what would help me relieve stress and build confidence is exactly what I needed. I had the tools so it was time to get to work. That's exactly what I did & kept it simple.

- Short workouts
- 21 Day Fix portion control
- & a huge amount of SUPPORT from my online focus groups

SUPPORT = something that made all the difference and something I am proud to offer every single month! Getting healthy doesn't have to be complicated and you don't have to do it alone!

I'm not where I want to be, but I'm not where I used to be and I'm so excited to see what the future holds!! I've had A LOT of slip ups, missed workouts, and discouraging days but the difference is that I KEPT ON GOING! 

This journey is lived one day at a time and it's better lived celebrating every victory big or small!

This moment I had this week made me even more passionate about helping others feel good, feel confident, and be healthy so they are also able to live life the the fullest!
