I am about to finish another program?!?! Me?!?!

No longer go for two week and quit?! It never ceases to amaze me but not surprise me because of the incredible SUPPORT I have from my challenge groups! 

Started 12/1/15 and am ending this week!! 
I leaned out a TON! My arms were sculpted with all the punches! My abs were worked through the whole program. My legs & butt were toned with all the kicks and the music kept me pumped to push through all the tough moves! I didn't own but I dropped a size down to a 2 since starting this one! 

I thought for so long that motivation and working out just didn't go together for me! That my vicious cycle of being excited to make a lifestyle change followed by disappointed from no results and lack of support was just the way it's supposed to be!

I had NO IDEA what was in store for me when my friend came to me and asked me about joining her challenge group. First of all, what was a challenge group and how could a group run online really help me?

It's an online fitness group run via FB or even through e-mail where meal plans are shared, you are encouraged, supported, and have accountability from women who are on the same mission as you! That in itself is SO EMPOWERING!

Learn new healthy habits, change your mindset, transform your body and make some amazing new friends along the way!

I know it's easy to think about what you might have to give up when starting a healthy lifestyle.

What I realize is that we have to GIVE UP THE GOOD so that we can BECOME GREAT! Staying in our comfort zone doesn't do anything for us but leave us feeling a tiny bit as good as we should!

We all of fear of what we will have to give up, but what can you gain?:
- More energy 
- Better sleep (you won't need those naps after long)
- Clean recipes for your favorite foods
- Healthy food that has you and your body feeling amazing
- Confidence 
- New friendships
- A new wardrobe

Some people think I run these groups because I know it all or have it all together but that's not true. I run them because challenge groups have completely changed my life from the inside out! On days that I don't think I can do it, they lift me up.

When I dropped my excuses and made my goals bigger than my fears, I gained so much more than I thought possible!

This is what healthy looks like for me and it FEELS GOOD! What's holding you back? It's time to stop wishing and start doing!
