WORK IT WEDNESDAY: Oblique Blasting Workout Without Crunches

I LOVE working my abs. I'm talking the more it burns the better lol, but not always rolling around on the ground lol 

So I really ENJOY finding ways to sculpt my abs (outside of the kitchen) that are fun, challenging and WORK! 

Here is one of my favorite moves!! 

Lift your knee up and tap your toe to the ground!! If you're feeling balanced and want a challenge, kick your leg out to the side instead of bringing your foot to the ground!

30 seconds on each side for 3 rounds!!
