3 Day Refresh Results & Review - Revive. Reboot. Refresh.

WOW!! You guys!! I DID IT! Just finished 3 days of the Refresh!!


How do I feel?
- Revived
- Rebooted
- Refreshed
- Lighter
- & Proud

I did this to drop the bloat. I was feeling good but knew my body could feel even better & I wanted to see just how much! 

I've never done other cleanses before because, one, I like food too much and two, the thought of only giving my body lemon, cayenne and water or just juice for an extended period of time threw up red flags!

Why this one then? You won't tax your organs because you're depriving it of food. You FUEL your body with plenty of PROTEIN & FIBER so you aren't starving yourself. 

Moderate exercise is okay, but I took a few days off to really let the cleanse do it's work and make sure my body had enough energy saved for the day.

My results? Exactly what I was looking for! I feel AMAZING!
 
I have lost 4 inches total, an inch of that from my waist and another from my legs (which wouldn't budge for a while). I have more energy and can't wait to see what else I will do when I start 21 Day Fix Extreme!
