Foodie Friday: Baked Apple Pie Oatmeal


This Apple Pie Oatmeal debunks the myth that eating healthy is boring!! Need something a little different from the normal every day breakfast? Try this and love it!

1/2 cups cooked oatmeal (I made it THICK)
1 cup sliced apple
8 almonds chopped
Dash of unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Caramel Extract
Bake at 350 degrees in toaster oven for 15-20 minutes.
