22 Minute Hard Corps Test Group Results - Week 4

Okay....it's time to share!!
Ahhhh I am LOVING my progress so far! This is an 8 week program so this is just the halfway point!

So far I am down 5.4 pounds and 9.25”!! 2.5 of those inches from my waist alone.....in 4 weeks!!!
All from giving my all in 22 minutes a day.

What's even better is how I FEEL!! Post holiday bloat is gone! Clothes are more comfortable & LOOSE! I have more energy! I am stronger mentally & emotionally, happier, more confident, & I feel like I could take on whatever life throws at me!

I love how simple the meal plan is! I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything, the portions are big and I can eat out while still staying on track.

This definitely my new soulmate workout & I can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks brings! Ready to give it my all and some more!
