What is 22 Minute Hard Corps?

Tony has done it again! This program has completely changed my life!

After being part of the official test group, I have to say that this is my soulmate workout and I can't wait to share it with the world. I have a special passion for this one! Not only because of the military focus but because of how much 22 Minute Hard Corps has changed my life.

I'm stronger physically. On week 8 right now and can do 19 pull ups (in 3 rounds)....that's a huge jump from being able to do ZERO when I started! I am stronger mentally from pushing harder and doing more than I ever thought I could. I'm stronger emotionally from fighting for more reps in my workout which makes me fight harder no matter what life throws at me....I'm EMPOWERED and I know it can do the same for you!

What is 22 Minute Hard Corps?
 Tony Horton has created a challenging but simple-to-follow workout program inspired by training techniques used by the military. Each workout in 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS is a quick—and intense—calorie-blasting drill designed to get you "boot camp fit" in just 8 weeks. You just show up, keep up, and get in shape!

Can you really get results in only 22 minutes a day?

It's EFFECTIVE! You get eight SHORT workouts, 6 days a week—so your mind never gets bored, and your body never adapts. The workouts are a blend of cardio and resistance training that works every muscle in your body to help you build strength and see results fast!

How does 22 Minute Hard Corps compare to Tony's other programs?
Short doesn't compare! This is such a no nonsense program! It's fast paced compared to any of the P90X programs and Tony does not play around. He will not let you think about quitting and he works your entire body in short amount of time. By the end, you'll be glad it's only 22 minutes.

How is the nutrition?
SIMPLE! You will have a perfectly laid out nutrition guide put together by the best along with portion control containers to help you learn how to eat to FUEL your body so you can see your best results. I'll also provide sample meal plans that I used while going through the test group that you can use as a guide or take and make your own.

Who is this program for?

What equipment will I need?
For some 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS routines, you will need a pull-up bar or resistance band and door attachment, as well as a Beachbody® PT Sandbag or dumbbells.
